Custom Orders
I love working with clients to create unique and personal items. If you let me know the colors in your nursery or kids room, I can try to find a fabric that will work for a teepee.
I can also personalize banners with a child's name on it.
I require a 50% deposit on custom orders and please note, it may take up to two weeks to find the best materials for your special project.
Also, please allow extra time for production and delivery of custom orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Please read all product information carefully. I do not accept returns and exchanges. If there is a concern about your order please contact me at teepeesbylindsay@gmail.com and I will address it on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Info
Teepees, pet teepees and book slings are shipped via UPS and other items via the United States Postal Service. I will provide a tracking number with shipments so that you will know when to expect your purchase.
I will certainly combine shipping when possible and make every effort to keep shipping prices down.
If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible, but I will do my best to help resolve the situation.
